A: Locus Dreams is my original storytelling brand with a growing collection of interconnected books across genres like superheroes, fantasy, and more.

A: No, all Locus Dreams books are novels, not comics or graphic novels. While they feature heroes and worldbuilding like in superhero universes, the stories are written in prose and explore deep characters, intricate plots, and immersive lore like traditional fantasy and sci-fi novels.
Q: Where should I start reading?
A: Start with Locus Dreams: Phase 1, Book 1. It’s the perfect entry point into the superhero universe. For fantasy lovers, The House of Poseidon is a great standalone. Each series page will guide you on the best reading order.
Q: Are the books connected?
A: Yes! Most books take place in the same universe and build on each other, especially the superhero titles. Others, like The House of Poseidon, can be enjoyed on their own.
Q: Do I need to read every book to understand the story?
A: Not at all. Each book or series is written to be enjoyable on its own, though reading them all gives you the full depth of the universe and character arcs.

A: Yes! Audiobooks are available on Google Play and Apple Books. They’re currently AI-narrated for accessibility.
Q: Do your books include illustrations or maps?
A: Not yet.
Q: Are the books suitable for all ages?
A: Most books are aimed at a teen and adult audience. While not overly graphic, some contain intense themes, violence, or mature content. Age guidelines vary per book.

Q: Is this a one-author project?
A: Yes, Locus Dreams is currently managed by one author, Dylan Reneerkens. In the past, I worked with a good friend of mine, who has since moved on from the project, but the universe continues to grow and evolve under a single creative vision.
Q: Are you self-published or traditionally published?
A: I’m currently an independent author. That gives me full creative freedom, but I’m also actively seeking opportunities for traditional publishing for select titles.
Q: How long have you been writing?
A: I’ve been developing the Locus Dreams universe since 2019, with over 20 books written and counting. Every quarter a new book!
Q: How do you write so many books?
A: Passion, planning, and deep love for the world I’ve built. I don’t rush. Each book has its place and purpose in the bigger story.
